Digital Media Coordinator
Salem Media Group in Chicago (AM 560 The Answer WIND and AM 1160 Hope For Your Life) and Salem Surround Chicago has an opening for a Part-Time Digital Media Coordinator.
Primary duties include the pre and post-sale coordination of our digital marketing solutions including targeted marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing, programmatic media, search engine marketing and website design among other digital advertising solutions.
Main duties include:
• Collaborate between clients, sales, and third party digital vendors to manage a variety of online business platforms
• Work with our sales teams to integrate our Total Audience Solutions (radio, digital, mobile, web and events) into their client’s media plans from pre-sale to post sale
• Help identify critical campaign performance details and coordinate with fulfilment teams to assess and implement solutions; help to optimize digital campaigns
• Prepare and deliver campaign analytics for account managers to deliver to clients
• Provide customer service to our top digital advertisers
Desired Skills:
• 1-2 years of Digital media sales or related experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and best practices
• Strong decision-making skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience in a client-facing position
• Proven organization and coordination skills
• Demonstrated flexibility as an analyst or problem-solver
• A proven track-record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
