Kidlife Pastor

Brooklife is looking for a Children's Pastor to head up Kidlife, our remarkable children's ministry. Every week, there are almost hundres of kids that experience God in a new way through dynamic experiences for each age group. Kidlife uses Orange curriculum and strategy for all age groups in a small/large group format focused on the importance of relationships with each other and small group leaders.

 

God has called Brooklife to not only reach the next generation but empower them to change the world around them. They believe that kids and students are not just the future of the church; they are the church. Thus, they will do whatever it takes to bring them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. This includes equipping parents on how to spiritually nurture their children. Brooklife does whatever it takes to help people find life in Christ. As a result, they will take risks, be innovative and not be afraid to fail in order that they may most effectively speak to an ever-changing society. The new Children’s Pastor must do the same.

Brooklife is in need of a strong visionary leader that has the ability to develop systems for a growing church and effectively cast vision to garner support of volunteers and the congregation. The amazing volunteers and leaders within the Children's Ministry are looking for leadership and direction. They are ready to fully embrace a new leader with a compelling vision. 

The Children's Ministry team has some amazing people leading ministry at Brooklife. They desperately need a developer who can help the team continue to grow in their leadership as the church continues to grow and expand. They also need a unifier who can bring stability and teamwork to the whole team around a unified vision.

Brooklife is hungry for a leader who will come in and continue on the foundation that has already been laid in building a strong partnership between the church and the home.  A leader that will focus on a strategy to help navigate families through their journey together, as well as fulfill the churches role as a support and encouragement to parents is one of their top hopes for this position.
