The Worship Pastor is responsible for leading the Worship Team in creating effective worship services and special programs using music and audiovisual technologies that will inspire those in attendance to pursue a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. The Worship Pastor will be accountable to the Elders of FCC through the direct oversight from the Lead Pastor. This position is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week.
