We emphasize every portion of Scripture, including God's work through the people of Israel, the birth, life, death, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, the mission of the body of believers, and the ministering work of the Holy Spirit in the world today.

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND COMMITMENTS
Worship
Lead and nurture a culture of worship at Lifehouse Church.
Lead and develop the worship team.
Lead and direct a worship service on Sunday, Wednesday and occasional special events.
Develop the musicians at Lifehouse Church.
Build relationships through connecting in the ministry.
Encouraging the Lifehouse family in their spirituality.
Engaging people during weekend services.
Make yourself available to pray with people.
Qualifications
A follower of Jesus who is committed to the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Actively involved in the life and fellowship of the church.
Preferred past experience as worship leader.
Must uphold and support the core values and beliefs of Lifehouse Church and commit to the mission and vision of the church.
Proficient in guitar or keyboard and vocal performance.
Proficient in leading a worship team in a congregational setting.
Willing and able to recruit, equip, and lead a diverse team.
Interpersonal and organizational skills to lead groups of people.
Basic computer literacy (preferably Mac).
Proficient in the hands-on use of ProPresenter, Planning Center, and other technical programs.
Proficient in and responsible for administration, scheduling, planning, and organizing.
This position is full-time and the salary depends upon the skill set of the applicant.
