The Associate Worship Pastor at Stateline Church is responsible for the technical and some musical aspects of Sunday morning services as well as special events. This position works directly with the Worship & Tech team. The Associate Worship Pastor works to create a distraction free as well as technically and musically proficient environment for people to connect with Jesus and one another. The Associate Worship Pastor will also help the worship department by building tracks, music directing, and playing and/or singing in any worship area at Stateline Church.
Must be able to assess, analyze and execute any technical problems or upgrades as needed. Execute weekly technical and creative programming elements of service. Understand and be able to run any program or piece of equipment used in services. This position reports to the Worship Pastor and has the following requirements:
Stateline Church is a non-denominational church plant that launched on January 29th of 2017 in Rockford, IL. Stateline is currently experianceing growth, and is averaging over 1300 people weekly.
The mission of Stateline Church is to connect people with Jesus and one another. Stateline simply believes that all people matter to God, thus they matter to us. There is a lot of energy and excitement for Jesus and the future of the church!
