The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying solutions to technical business problems and excited to join a highly teamwork-focused and results-driven environment. You will be expected to become proficient in our technology stack, processes,  and company products and services. As a member of the development team, every developer is expected to keep a focus on adhering to coding standards/conventions, always looking for the best solution (not just the first!) and working closely with other team members to ensure consistent deliverables. Your focus should be on learning the languages and methodologies we use.

Responsibilities and Duties ?  Develop mobile web applications using different technologies and programming languages ?  Integrating data from various back-end services and databases ?  Possesses hands-on experience on the programming languages of one of the packages applications ?  Unit test applications for functionality ?  Coordinates with testing team to solve bugs ?  Executes conversion plans such as conversion from legacy to newly developed applications, conversion plan for upgrades etc. ?  Support new and existing applications to ensure maximum quality assurance to internal and external customers ?  May act as team lead on projects as required.

Qualifications and Requirements ?  A True Christ follower with a heart for ministry, especially reaching the lost with the Gospel through media and technology ?  Excellent Arabic and English Reading and writing ?  6+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills ?  Detail-oriented ?  Excellent communication skills ?  Patient, self-disciplined, efficient and accurate ?  Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively ?  Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position ?  Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to money transactions applications ?  Candidates must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards ?  Regular exposure to organizational goals, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems ?  Education (Bachelor's) in Computer Science or related discipline such as Engineering degree
