ABOUT THE POSITION
Implement First Sarasota’s vision to plan, develop and implement strategies that will continue to help shape a healthy growing production ministry, focused on creating a distraction-free worship environment where people can connect with God. This position also involves telling the story of how God is working at First Sarasota through video, images, audio, social media.

SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must have an advanced knowledge of:
- Allen & Heath Digital mixing consoles.
- ProPresenter 7.
- Canon and Blackmagic digital cinema cameras.
- Audio patching and programming, mic techniques and musical aptitude.
- Blackmagic video gear.
- Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Dante audio networks.
- Planning Center Online.
Basic knowledge of:
- Hog lighting gear.
- Installation of DMX lights.
- Networking.
- Microsoft Cloud services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and executing production related elements for all First Sarasota events.
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers and contracted positions (if any).
- Gear maintenance, repairs, and installation across First Sarasota campus and events.
- Training, rehearsals, and Sunday services.
- Manage all online platforms, including, but not limited to online services, website management, digital and social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), videography.
- Graphic design (Primary content creator for church signage, social media, sermon series, etc.)
- Photography to capture the life of the church.
- Copywriting (flyers, website, social media posts, blog posts, emails, etc.)
- Required to work Christmas, Good Friday, and Easter services, as well as other holidays and events outside regular hours as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for lengths of time.
- Able to use aerial lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Other tasks as assigned.
