OVERVIEW: The Bridge Ministries in Portage, Michigan is seeking to hire a full-time director for their Middle School Student Ministries for their multi-campus ministry. This person needs to be centered with a strong Christian faith, filled with integrity, and must be responsive to the leading of The Holy Spirit. This person must have a passion for the Mission Statement* and the 7 Discipleship Essentials* that we subscribe to at The Bridge (*view here). They should have a servant's heart, willing to serve the needs of the church community. And, they must demonstrate a passion for discipleship specifically in the lives of middle school-aged students. This person must have a proactive leadership approach suited for a large church with a large (and growing) student ministry. This person needs to be a catalyst for delegating and utilizing the gifts and talents of others. They must be able to receive feedback and be willing to apply the feedback given. They should be a team player and willing to work together for the good of the church family.
