Job Summary
The successful candidate will work to achieve the mission and vision of RAISE28 by providing support in theareas of student programming.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support for all aspects of student programs including: check in/check out processes, lesson teaching,curriculum development, recreation activities, parent and student communication, event planning, and cleanup
- Effectively share the gospel of Jesus Christ and teach biblically grounded lessons in engaging ways to students in K-12 grades
- Develop discipleship and mentoring relationships with youth
- Represent RAISE28 at local community and church functions to share ministry stories and present involvementopportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with and attract new students
- Assist in the scheduling, training and coordination of program volunteers and interns
- Assist in the coordination of the music program
Secondary Responsibilities

- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building and property
- Plan and lead events, trips, and retreats to engage students and families
- Assist in the planning and implementation of annual events such as our backpack distribution and Christmas parties

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or higher
- Experience working with youth (or related experience)
- Experience and competencies working in a diverse environment (racial, cultural, religious, income, etc.)
Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of technology
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Self-motivated and adaptable; well organized to select priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to collaborate and work as a team
- Positive, enthusiastic, and energizing attitude
- Relational skills and abilities in working with students, parents, and community partners
- Patience and empathy to work with youth from difficult life circumstances
- Have a valid driver’s license and dependable mode of transportation
- Hours This role is a salaried position that requires in-person engagement of 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, typically ending at 6pm or 7pm. This role will also include occasional evening and weekend work hours. During the year, flexibility is required
as there are occasional events and responsibilities that may fall outside the scope of the typical workday. Compensation Varies based on qualification and experience.
